These terms govern your use of Hotspot Cloud (the “Service”).
1. Service
Hotspot Cloud provides tools to manage hotspot portals, vouchers, payments, and network operations. You are responsible for your RouterOS configuration and local compliance.
2. Accounts
You must keep credentials secure and ensure only authorized staff access your organization. You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
3. Payments
Payment providers may have delays or failures. The Service provides tracking and recovery tools, but does not guarantee provider availability.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, or to compromise networks or user privacy.
5. Availability
We aim for high uptime, but maintenance and outages may occur. See the Status page for current service health.
6. Support
Support is available through the Support page. Response times may vary by plan and severity.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
